At Smoky Lake Inn, we are seeking a highly motivated Hospitality Specialist to join our team. This role will involve serving food and beverages to our customers in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

The Hospitality Specialist will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty food at customers' tables, presenting bills to customers, and accepting payment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of $25,000 per year, plus benefits. Our working hours are 32 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
