United City Yachts is a leading yacht brokerage firm seeking an experienced and qualified sales manager to join our team. We are looking for a top-performing leader who can excel in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales manager to lead our sales team to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing sales teams, with a deep understanding of the entire sales process from planning to closing. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting sales goals and targets for the team
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
- Leading, motivating, and coaching sales team members
- Analyzing sales performance and providing feedback
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Managing sales operations, including forecasting
- Collaborating with management team
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Reporting sales performance
- Conducting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Ensuring compliance with sales policies and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in managing sales teams
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments
- Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors
- Experience working with a CRM system in a service-driven business
- Highly experienced and well-versed in internet search literacy, cloud-based platforms, social media platforms, mobile applications, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$90,000 per year, plus benefits including work-from-home flexibility, a remote schedule, and access to advanced technology. This role requires a valid driver's license and ability to travel.
