About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at the Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and make informed decisions to improve patient outcomes.
  • Document patients' symptoms, changes in condition, and treatment plans to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in intensive care nursing.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
