Administrative Support Coordinator

Mennie Canada seeks a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to leverage their secretarial skills in a dynamic environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing contracts, arranging travel, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. They will also work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Seminar Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Information Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, maintain and manage digital database.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
