We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Retail Meat Cutter to join our team at 1037502 BC Ltd.
Job Summary:The Retail Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat for our customers. This includes cleaning meats, cutting carcasses, and preparing standard cuts of meat.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Remove bones from meat
- Cut poultry into parts
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
- Cut fish into steaks and fillets
- Grind meats
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special orders
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
