Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Rogers Communications in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a full-time position that requires strong sales and business development skills.
About the Role:
- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients across multiple platforms, including television, digital, radio, OOH, and brands.
- You will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and driving incremental revenue growth through superior communication, relationship building, and solution selling.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation and negotiation skills, as well as experience working with internal teams to develop creative solutions and integrated sales programs for clients.
- A strong understanding of the broadcast industry and experience working with Wide Orbit, S4M booking systems, and Salesforce is an asset.
- This is a hybrid work position, requiring three days per week in-office work.
About You:
- You must have 5+ years of previous sales experience, with media experience being a definite asset.
- You should possess excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- A self-motivating and results-oriented individual with a proven sales track record and ability to multitask and work with multiple deadlines is essential.
- You should have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Compensation:
- This is a salary-based position with an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
