Healthcare Leadership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Leadership Specialist to lead our Virtual Nursing Team. This role will involve a balanced split between managerial duties and active participation in team responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Complex Care Planning:
- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive care plans for patients with complex needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Telepractice/Virtual Care Delivery:
- Manage the delivery of telehealth services, ensuring high-quality, reliable virtual care.
- Monitor telepractice performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Practice Leadership:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the virtual nursing team.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Lead initiatives to improve clinical practice and patient care outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep clinical expertise particularly in gerontology, chronic disease management, wound care, palliative care, and complex care planning. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clinicians, patients, and team members.
Requirements- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.
- Master's degree in nursing.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in virtual healthcare delivery and telehealth.
- Strong knowledge of care planning and management of complex patient cases.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a virtual team.
- Proficiency with healthcare technology and electronic health records (EHR).
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Flexible remote work environment available.
