At Chicken Chef, we are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Order supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen performance.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
