Our Toronto hub is expanding, and we are looking for a Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team.

Your Next Challenge:

As a Strategic Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing projects within our clients' organizations. You will work on innovative projects, adapting to each client's specific needs to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor project budgets, incorporating relevant analyses for rigorous and transparent budget management.
  • Ensure costs align with set objectives, identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, communicating results to stakeholders and recommending actions based on your analyses.
  • Implement financial management strategies to maximize operational efficiency and improve overall project performance.

Requirements:

  • You have a university degree in business administration, engineering, finance, or a related field.
  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in cost and planning management, with a solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • You are comfortable with technological tools such as MS Project, Planisware, and Primavera P6.
  • You can create a schedule from scratch, translating each step into clear and measurable goals.

What to Expect:

  • A 15-20 minute telephone interview with a recruitment officer.
  • A one-hour initial consultation with the business manager via Microsoft Teams.
  • A one-hour technical interview with a consultant on assignment to challenge your project management skills through scenarios or exercises.
  • A final exchange with the agency manager/senior business manager to discuss the conditional offer and benefits.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a competitive salary, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
