Executive Pastry Operations Manager

Cholan Hospitality Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Executive Pastry Operations Manager.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced pastry cook with a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience to manage our kitchen operations, supervise staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records, and inspect food service areas.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for requisitioning food and supplies, preparing dishes for customers with allergies or intolerances, cleaning kitchen and work areas, ordering equipment and supplies, and managing kitchen operations.
This position requires attention to detail, client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude.
About YouYou must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and extended standing periods.
- A permanent position with 40 hours of work per week is available in English.
This is a competitive opportunity with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
