We are currently seeking an Intermediate Environmental Consultant - Hazardous Materials and Indoor Environmental Quality Consultant to join our Atlantic Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Compliance Team in St. John's, NL office, with flexible remote/home office location and hybrid work environment.

About the Role

This challenging opportunity will involve working on projects related to site assessment and remediation, hazardous materials, indoor environmental quality, and industrial hygiene. As a key member of our EHS Compliance Team, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support clients' goals of EHS performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health and safety, environmental sciences, or engineering, demonstrated by a post-secondary degree or diploma, and/or relevant experience in consulting (minimum 3 years). Professional designations like EP, ASc T, CRSP, CIH, ROH, ROHT, PMP are considered assets.

You will have knowledge of provincial regulations for impacted sites and regulatory guidelines (federal and provincial), as well as familiarity with building systems (mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.). Computer skills for data management and manipulation, including strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, are also essential.
