Project Manager Assistant

As a Project Manager Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Operations Manager in overseeing the claims process. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and opening new claims, answering phone calls, and maintaining a professional appearance and conduct. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers, clients, and vendors, as well as receiving and handling invoices and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and open new claims
- Answer and field telephone calls in a professional and upbeat manner
- Receive and assist with staffing issues daily
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct of the operation
- Liaise and communicate with customers, clients, vendors
- Receive and handle invoices, correspondence
- Collecting receivables on current accounts
- Assist in ensuring margins and performance metrics are met
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies

Qualifications
- 3-5 years office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, RMS, and Xactimate
