Job OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will research prospects and initiate contact through phone calls, emails, InMails, and targeted campaigns. Your goal will be to secure prospective clients' interest and schedule meetings with our sales team.
Responsibilities- Generate leads by leveraging tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and Smart Apartment Data to uncover potential prospects.
- Secure meetings by setting up six or more client meetings monthly with the sales team.
- Run effective campaigns by developing and executing personalized, multi-touch outreach campaigns.
- Experience and drive: You take a consultative and entrepreneurial approach to prospecting, always focusing on the big picture.
- Technical skills: You have hands-on experience working with outbound sales intelligence tools like Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Communication skills: You are adept at creating value propositions that address real-world challenges.
- Resilience and dedication: You are driven to hit your targets and have a proven track record of making high-volume calls.
