AppOps Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and application issues to ensure optimal performance and availability of our IT applications.
• Provide root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
• Lead investigation calls and be available on call.
• Work with senior team members to gather monitoring requirements from stakeholders and deliver solutions using the enterprise monitoring toolset.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development (Java) experience, preferably in payment systems or the banking domain.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Application Support, focusing on improving application reliability.
• Strong SRE background and focus on improving the reliability and stability of the infrastructure.
• Excellent understanding of ITIL service management processes.
