Food Service Supervisor

Papa Johns Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working together effectively to prepare and serve our menu items.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure that we have enough stock on hand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards by conducting regular quality control checks.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and budgeting decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
