About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at HOMELIFE REAL ESTATE CENTRE INC. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating events, and maintaining office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
  • Event Coordination
    • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
    • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Office Operations
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of office staff, including volunteers.
    • Oversee payroll administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Technology
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Familiarity with database software and SharePoint.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
