LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Verification Engineer to join our Video Processing Engine team.

**Role Overview**

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hardware engineering design and verification, a team-first approach, and be an independent and creative problem solver.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist with IP integration into multiple System-on-Chip (SOC) designs, including aligning tools, shared components, and creating release and integration documentation.
  • Design verification of an IP block for multiple projects, including development and implementation of new test bench components and features, test development and implementation, test debug, coverage review, and analysis.
  • Work closely with managers, design verification, and design engineering leads to deliver commitments under aggressive schedules.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience working with various tools, flows, and methodologies.
  • Ability to drive triage and debug of unfamiliar issues.
  • Proficiency in verification languages like System Verilog, Verilog, C/C++.
  • Experience with constrained random UVM-based verification methodology.
  • Ability to handle start-to-finish block verification tasks, including test plan writing, test bench development, test writing, debugging, and regression.
  • Familiarity with Linux OS is necessary.

**Requirements**

  • BSEE/CE or equivalent degree.
  • Candidates with 3-5 years of deployment and/or design verification engineering experience are preferred.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
