Retail Store Manager

Pioneer-On the Run is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare sales reports, and manage cash and payroll administration.
- Team Supervision: Supervise 1-2 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
Language:English.
Work Hours:40 hours per week.
