About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver - Resident Support Associate to join our team at Verve Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medication and treatment as per policy and procedure.
- Participate in assessing and planning the care needs of residents.
- Deliver care to residents based on individualized care plans, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of all nursing activities.
Requirements
- Certificate from an approved Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker program.
- Diversicare approved pharmacology training provided by Medical Pharmacy.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Experience in retirement residence or long-term care preferred.
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal.
