Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our retirement residence in McKenzie Towne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the general management of the residence, delivering a superior living experience to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Implement and maintain policies to uphold industry standards and regulations while achieving financial targets with maximum operational efficiency.
  • Actively promote the residence within the local market, showcasing it as the top choice in retirement living.
  • Set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with regional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years management experience, preferably in the seniors living industry, hotel, or hospitality-related industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as required).
  • Strong understanding of business planning and processes.
