**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Director to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our Technology organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including applications, common services/middleware, and infrastructure teams, to ensure the quality of our products throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement quality engineering processes and tools to improve product quality and reduce defects.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to measure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify and prioritize quality-related issues and implement solutions.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in quality engineering, with a strong background in software development and testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize quality-related issues.
  • Experience with quality engineering tools and processes, such as Agile and DevOps.
