About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Service Consultant to join our team as a key player in providing customized solutions for our clients.

As a Sales and Service Consultant, you will work closely with therapists and other healthcare professionals to identify the needs of our clients and provide tailored mobility solutions.

Whether it's navigating long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, or clients' residences, our Sales and Service Consultant will be the driving force behind our business, expanding our network and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, working closely with therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Bid on and win new business opportunities, collaborating with internal and external teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to various sites, interacting with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and promote our products.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (business, sales, marketing, etc.).
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of client care excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with expertise in innovating new ways to meet customer needs.
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Program (CRM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
