Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Safeway Transport Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Data Entry: Perform timely and accurate data entry for financial transactions, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements:
  • Secondary Education: High school graduation certificate required.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$50,000, depending on location and experience.
