Job Summary

As a Server Assistant at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining rooms. Under the guidance of the Front of House Management Team, you will provide exceptional support to our Servers by maintaining a high level of floor awareness, inspecting tables for proper mise en place, cleanliness, and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Practice a high level of floor awareness and maintain a clean and organized section
  • Ensure condiments are pre-portioned and fridges are stocked with essentials
  • Assist with food running, ensuring plates arrive at the correct table
  • Monitor section cleanliness and maintain a clutter-free environment
  • Empty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of waste and recycling
  • Communicate guest comments and information to Servers to ensure a positive experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

  • Restaurant experience in a similar environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to maintain a professional level of urgency and momentum
