Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at NBS Steel Framing & Drywall Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in administrative services, including education and experience sections.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week, requiring fluency in English. As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for collecting and recording administrative and service fees, preparing annual budgets, and directing corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Collect and record administrative and service fees; prepare annual budgets.
  • Operational Oversight: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff; interview, hire and provide training for staff.
  • Project Administration: Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2 years of experience in administrative services.
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Administration).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
