Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist III at Randstad Canada, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing purchases of materials, equipment, and supplies. Your duties will include reviewing and analyzing material requisitions, preparing and issuing RFQs, and ensuring compliance with purchasing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinates and executes purchases of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  2. Reviews and analyzes material requisitions.
  3. Prepares and issues RFQs as required for operational, project, and strategic initiatives.
  4. Reviews and analyzes purchasing activities in accordance with Enbridge policies and procedures.
  5. Acts as a liaison between user departments and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Related university degree in purchasing, supply chain management, business administration, finance, logistics, or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Two or more years of procurement experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain Management Professional (SCPM)/Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) enrollment.
