Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet our busy service demands.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have sufficient supplies to meet our service needs.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that our food and service meet our high standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
