Regional Manager, Retail Stores, Greater Montreal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Bell Canada. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of Store Managers and Store Operations staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Store Managers and Store Operations staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to Store Managers and Store Operations staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Store Managers, Store Operations staff, and external partners
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a retail or sales environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- University degree or college diploma in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
