Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Upper Canada Specialty Hardware Limited. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting, inventory management, and reporting
Requirements:
  • Computer and technology knowledge, with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Drive
  • Experience in project coordination and administration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
