We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Charisma Of India Restaurant. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience through expertly crafted cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
  • Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring seamless service and high-quality drinks
  • Clean the bar area and wash glassware to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Prepare a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options
Support for Diverse Groups:
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities
  • Offer diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities

We offer a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week and English as the primary work language.
