Job Title: Sales Associate II

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate II to join our team. As a Sales Associate II, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales by building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support visual merchandising and store operations, ensuring a clean and tidy selling floor at all times.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
