We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Winter Grader Operator to join our team at Jack. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our winter maintenance activities.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as graders, snowplows, and other winter maintenance vehicles. You will work independently, but also as part of a team to ensure that our roads and highways are clear and safe for the traveling public.

Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as graders, snowplows, and other winter maintenance vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of hours worked, fuel consumed, and any other relevant data
  • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless execution of winter maintenance activities
  • Identify and report any potential hazards or issues that may impact the safety and efficiency of our operations
Requirements
  • At least 25 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a winter maintenance capacity
  • Excellent knowledge of winter maintenance procedures and protocols
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
What We Offer
