Senior Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at India House Restaurant. As the head of culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that high-quality food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. A strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential in this fast-paced environment.
