Key Responsibilities

The Sales Growth Professional is accountable for achieving sales targets by developing and implementing effective growth strategies in assigned territories. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new business opportunities, gathering client intelligence, and building strong relationships with clients to drive sales pipeline growth.

Responsibilities also include meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales revenue targets, as well as updating sales software databases regularly.

Success in this role requires strong presentation and communication skills, the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in business-to-business outside sales, with a focus on new account generation.

Candidates should have a proven track record of success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory.

Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year, plus commission opportunities averaging $35,000 annually. Benefits include full-time benefits and mileage reimbursement for travel.
