About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in support of major projects.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premier North American complex systems integrator for building technology solutions. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and servicing cabling infrastructure and devices for Data and Audio Visual and CCTV, including pre-wiring, installation, termination, labeling, testing, and reporting per specifications and drawings.

You will also be required to install network racks and cabinets in server rooms, interact with customers and prospects, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally, and adhere to Paladin's Quality and Safety programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and service cabling infrastructure and devices for Data and Audio Visual and CCTV
  • Install network racks and cabinets in server rooms
  • Interact with customers and prospects
  • Adhere to Paladin's Quality and Safety programs
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience pulling, terminating, and testing cat5/6 cables
  • Post-secondary education in electrical, telecommunications, electronics, or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of environments
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Lifting upwards of 50 pounds
  • Valid Driver's License with clean abstract and no restrictions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be bondable and able to pass a background check

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
