SAP Business Partner, Strategic Sales Initiatives Coordinator

We are seeking an SAP business partner to contribute to the daily operations efficiency. The BP will ensure that sales programs and promotions business processes are well integrated and supported by the ERP system.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a pivot between end-users and I&T Centre of Expertise (CoE), driving interactions and influencing outcomes.
  • Manage business requirements and provide proper communications to management and end-users.
  • Develop expertise to challenge business requirements and advertise standard system solutions.
  • Execute small improvements and fix integrated testing.
  • Develop and entertain the SAP BP community.
  • Participate in new employee onboarding and conduct end-user training.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales support or order management with a strong understanding of Sales processes and promotion-related programs.
  • Technology savvy with knowledge of Vistex Revenue Management Solutions or SAP/S4/Hana.
  • Ability to plan, set priorities, and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills and ability to influence, inspire, and rally others toward a common goal.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.

As a key member of our North American sales support team, you will have a leading role in ensuring daily operations are at their highest operating capability and efficiency. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience and location, plus a comprehensive benefits package including annual bonus, paid time away, pension plan, collective saving opportunities, and industry-leading healthcare.
