About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Carpenter Helper at Planet Wood Exteriors Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the supervision of experienced carpenters.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable work environment.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to maintain a safe working area.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to prevent accidents.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure efficient operations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in various locations, including construction sites, and involves physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
