Operations Coordinator

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for training workers in their duties and policies, ensuring seamless equipment operation, and providing technical advice to improve productivity.
You will work closely with the team to resolve work problems, prepare and submit reports, and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Train employees on company policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues
- Coordinate cross-functional projects
- Manage maintenance and repair services
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of flexibility.
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
We are offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
