As a Senior Director of International Marketing and Student Recruitment, you will lead our international marketing and recruitment efforts to attract top talent from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Douglas College's programs and services globally.

    ">
  • Represent the college at international education fairs, conferences, and other events to build relationships with key stakeholders and promote the college's brand.

    ">
  • Lead a team of marketing and recruitment professionals to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and achievement of recruitment targets.

    ">
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    ">
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to develop strategic partnerships and initiatives that support the college's internationalization goals.

    ">
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve marketing and recruitment objectives.

    ">
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with college policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    ">
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in government policies, regulations, and industry trends affecting international student recruitment.

    ">
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on marketing and recruitment activities and outcomes.

Requirements

">
  • ">
  • Masters degree or equivalent experience in marketing, education, or a related field.

    ">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior marketing or recruitment roles, preferably in a post-secondary education setting.

    ">
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and achieving recruitment targets.

    ">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

    ">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    ">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    ">
  • Familiarity with Canadian immigration laws and regulations.

    ">
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

    ">
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity when interacting with diverse groups of people.

    ">
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

Salary Range

">

$92,139 - $135,137 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
