About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist with FunctionAbility, you will play a vital role in providing expert assessment and treatment services to individuals suffering from various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat individuals in a community setting, focusing on establishing and meeting meaningful goals within their home and community.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Liaise with community partners and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and establishing personal networks.

Requirements
  • University Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists (COTO).
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
