Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Residential Portfolio Leasing Specialist with Medallion Corporation, you will play a crucial role in leasing our available suites to prospective residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to leasing inquiries through various channels, ensuring prompt and professional communication;
  • Conducting community tours to showcase the amenities and features of our properties;
  • Managing and executing all related paperwork, reference calls, and follow-up as required;
  • Coordinating with our site teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience for our residents;
  • Collaborating with our management and site team members to complete turnover and move-in suite inspections;
  • Conducting local market surveys quarterly to stay informed about market trends;
  • Reviewing marketing programs for accuracy and making recommendations for improvement;
  • Preparing leasing reports as required to support business decisions.

You will be responsible for collecting rents due in a timely manner and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will be expected to purchase services and supplies in accordance with company policies and procedures. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this role.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Residential Portfolio Leasing Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales-related roles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach;
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong sales and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets;
  • Familiarity with Yardi software and Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel;
  • Adaptability, organization, and flexibility, with the ability to handle different problems as they arise;
  • Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
