We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at LG Drywalling Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

About the Role

This role involves supervising a team of cleaners, coordinating their activities, and inspecting sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repairs, or replacements of equipment and furnishings.
