About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective implementation of digital tools that support our design processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage BIM standards, templates, and Revit families
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain BIM-related knowledge and skills
  • Assist in managing the integration of digital elements with various systems
  • Develop and maintain libraries, integrated systems, and ensure technology and standards are up-to-date
  • Work on projects and technical documents, working drawing packages, and blueprints to ensure smooth application of BIM processes
Requirements
  • Relevant education in architecture, technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a BIM-related role or as an architectural technologist involved in BIM work
  • Excellent experience with Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and other software applications
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
