Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager, Commercial Banking to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Commercial Banking department, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of business clients.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing business opportunities, increasing your commercial client base, and establishing business development strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small to medium-sized enterprises to large corporations. You will be responsible for negotiating agreements, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • At least 5-9 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial industry

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience
