Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2338452 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
