Job Description

The Collision Training and Development Manager will play a key role in shaping the direction of our training programs, working closely with departmental leaders, field operations teams, and the Director of People and Culture. This position involves assessing needs, establishing direction, and promoting effective communication to drive success for our licensees and staff globally.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for CSN corporate staff and licensees.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry providers to identify training priorities and propose recommendations.
  • Create learning materials and development programs aligned with business goals and best practices.
  • Maintain high-quality learning experiences, monitoring participant engagement and feedback.
  • Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and inform future improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience, with 3+ years in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in training curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with collision operations or equivalent experience.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a bonus program.
