Retail Store Manager

Kulsoom & Salman Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales workers, authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records
- Order merchandise and ensure that it is delivered on time
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
