Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families to ensure a high level of care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license, where required
  • Food Safe certificate, where required
