- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations
- Support for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities through mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
