Role Overview
At Mass Markets, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and provide solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
