Role Overview

At Mass Markets, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and provide solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
